About the area
The Granite Belt region is located south-west of Brisbane in Queensland. Centered around the town of Stanthorpe, the Granite Belt has a long history of viticulture and winemaking and is one of the highest wine regions in Australia, with vineyards at more than 1000 metres above sea level.

Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
This exquisite traditional sweet mead is crafted from a harmonious combination of our most cherished honeys, sourced from the verdant subtropical forests nestled within the Scenic Rim of Southeast Queensland. Abundant honey permeates this delightful mead, contributing to its rich flavour profile, and we take great pleasure in its exceptionally sweet and satisfying finish that lingers on the palate.
