We are proud to announce that Antony Lievesley was awarded a Silver Medal in the Other Meads class for his creation, "Bloody Kate", at the 7th Red Hill Mead Show held on March 8th, 2025. This event, hosted by the Red Hill Agricultural & Horticultural Society on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, celebrates excellence in mead craftsmanship. "Bloody Kate" impressed the judging panel with its distinct flavour and artistry.
Garlic & Pepper Mead
Silver Award – Spice Mead & Mead with Herbs Class
Antony Lievesley also received a Silver Medal in the Spice Mead & Mead with Herbs category for his entry titled "Garlic & Pepper". This award was presented at the prestigious 7th Red Hill Mead Show, recognizing the innovative use of spices and botanicals. The mead showcased a bold fusion of garlic and pepper, standing out among a strong field of entries.
