Our Cellar Door
Modern Mead in the Heart of the Granite Belt
Welcome to Mount Stirling Meadery, the Granite Belt’s only beekeeper-run meadery. Nestled just outside Stanthorpe, our cellar door is where honey meets craftsmanship. Every drop of mead we pour begins with honey from our own hives, giving you a taste that is as authentic as it gets.
Our cellar door experience is designed to be more than a tasting, it’s a chance to slow down, savour, and discover why mead is the world’s oldest new drink. Whether you’re a first-time taster or a seasoned explorer of craft beverages, we’ll guide you through our range of crisp, modern meads and share the stories behind the bees.
