Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
A savoury-style mead made with tomato, celery, and a touch of chilli, offering an adventurous flavour profile that’s rare in the mead world. Balanced honey notes round out the spice, creating a distinctive drink with a refreshing finish. A creative choice alongside antipasto, tapas, or shared grazing platters. Produced at Mount Stirling Meadery in Queensland’s Granite Belt, where our beekeeping tradition meets modern meadmaking.
