The Granite Belt region is located south-west of Brisbane in Queensland. Centered around the town of Stanthorpe, the Granite Belt has a long history of viticulture and winemaking and is one of the highest wine regions in Australia, with vineyards at more than 1000 metres above sea level.

Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Our classic mead has enjoyed a careful and deliberate aging process, lasting over four years, which is then complemented by an additional maturation phase of 18 months in genuine American oak barrels.
This meticulous and time-honored approach delivers a velvety and sophisticated finish, evoking the qualities associated with a premium mead of exceptional quality.
