Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Made with Queensland ginger and honey from our own hives, this mead reflects a simple combination of two natural ingredients. It is created in a traditional style that allows the honey and ginger to ferment together, producing a dry expression without added flavours. Each batch is made at Mount Stirling Meadery in Queensland’s Granite Belt, where our family of beekeepers continues the craft of turning honey into mead.
