Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Our ginger metheglin mead boasts a delightful, robust ginger aroma, a silky smooth finish, and a lingering taste of ginger-infused honey. It offers a luxurious, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, delivering a pleasantly spicy experience without feeling heavy. It's a truly indulgent choice for modern mead enthusiasts.
