About the area
About the area
The Granite Belt region is located south-west of Brisbane in Queensland. Centered around the town of Stanthorpe, the Granite Belt has a long history of viticulture and winemaking and is one of the highest wine regions in Australia, with vineyards at more than 1000 metres above sea level.
Australian Spring Water
Australian Spring Water
Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Smooth but dangerous. Sweet honey meets unapologetic fire in The Sting, our bold chilli mead crafted for thrill-seekers and flavour hunters. It opens with golden honey warmth before delivering a fierce chilli burn that lingers long after the glass is empty, daring you to come back for more.
Ways to enjoy:
-
Serve it chilled and neat for the full honey-and-heat experience.
-
Pour it over ice to temper the fire while keeping the flavour punchy.
-
Top with soda water for a refreshing, sparkling kick.
-
Add a splash to barbecued onions or marinades to give your cooking an edge.
Food pairing:
The Sting loves bold company. Try it with smoky barbecue, spicy Mexican dishes, or a platter of sharp cheeses. For a cheeky twist, pair it with rich dark chocolate — the sweet bitterness balances the heat beautifully.
A wicked gift for the chilli-obsessed, or the perfect way to test your own firepower.
