The Granite Belt region is located south-west of Brisbane in Queensland. Centered around the town of Stanthorpe, the Granite Belt has a long history of viticulture and winemaking and is one of the highest wine regions in Australia, with vineyards at more than 1000 metres above sea level.

Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Crafted with locally sourced, seasonal strawberries, this vibrant mead highlights the fresh, juicy character of the fruit balanced with natural honey undertones. Best served lightly chilled or alongside a summer dessert, it’s a bright and refreshing expression of modern meadmaking from Queensland’s Granite Belt.
