Rainwater is considered the purest form of water. We utilise our rainwater collected from our cellar door and workshop roof, then triple filter it, then run it through a UV sterilizer that kills any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may naturally occur in a water system.
Made by fermenting honey with white grapes, this pyment represents a traditional approach to meadmaking that has been practised for centuries. The combination of grapes and honey creates a dry style mead that highlights the natural character of both ingredients without the use of added flavours. Each bottle is carefully produced at Mount Stirling Meadery in Queensland’s Granite Belt, where our family of beekeepers brings generations of honey expertise to modern meadmaking.
